Timeline

Week 1

Friday: Writer / Strategist will submit 2 weeks social media calendar.

Saturday-Sunday: Client will need to give approval on the proposed idea from the social media calendar. Cut off time is Sunday 12 noon.

Week 2

Monday: Graphic designer will work on the approved ideas.

Wednesday: By 12 noon, GD will submit 2 weeks’ worth of graphics / layouts.

Friday: Client will need to give approval or request for revisions, if needed. Cut-off time is 12 noon.

Week 3

Sunday: By 9 am, all graphics and videos for 2 weeks are ready for postings. Admin will schedule respective posts on facebook and Instagram.

Posts that focus on the brand’s story and history via trivias, or the founder’s story, to educate and refresh followers on the clients’ products and services.
